Whatever it is that's blocking your motivation could be shifted by hypnotherapy. This has probably been programmed into their subconscious at an early age.' Deborah says that someone who is feeling insecure about going to the gym may not have excelled in sports at school and has convinced themselves that they won't be able to do it. 'In hypnotherapy, we aim to chase away the "rogues" that prevent us from achieving our goals and replace them with positive "I can" thoughts. In the first session, we will start re-programming your subconscious mind against these beliefs and then work on maintaining this in subsequent sessions'. Most people need only three to five sessions for successful re-programming.
